Metallurgical Museum in Chorzów

The Metallurgical Museum in Chorzów was launched as part of the project entitled "Revitalization and access to the post-industrial Heritage of Upper Silesia." Our agency organized the conference inaugurating the Museum and activities promoting this event. The content of information articles that were broadcast in the national and regional press was developed, a conference scenario and promotional materials for guests were prepared. Our role was also to acquire experts for scientific presentations during the conference and to cooperate closely with the media, organize an artistic performance and provide technical, catering and reporting services.

Veolia Polska Foundation

As part of cooperation with the Veolia Polska Foundation, we planned and organized two conferences with online streaming entitled "PPP - a chance for investments that protect the environment." In Katowice, the conference took place at the headquarters of the Regional Chamber of Commerce, while in Wrocław, the conference took place at the Śląsk Wrocław stadium. Our tasks included, among others: promoting the conference on the Internet, acquiring participants and speakers, renting and arranging conference space, film services - live streaming of the conference, preparation of online workshops conducted simultaneously in four different thematic rooms.

Silesian Innovation Forum

At the request of the Regional Development Department of the Marshal's Office of the Silesian Voivodeship, we organized a conference at the International Congress Center in the Katowice Culture Zone. Our activities included comprehensive event service, including acquiring speakers and experts appearing during the conference, streaming the event, providing an English and sign language interpreter, and catering services and photography, production of information and promotional materials and conference space branding.
